Order Tracking
 

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business day, Monday - Friday. Tracking information is posted as soon as the shipping label is processed. After you have logged-in, you can "Review Previous Orders" to see this information. If you need further help, please log-in and follow the link "Contact Us". All inquiries are answered as soon as possible during regular business hours.

Once your order has been picked up by the shipping company, it becomes their responsibility to see that the order is delivered to the address provided, undamaged and within the proper amount of time.

Most delays are due to incorrect and/or missing address information, which can incur a fee from the shipping company. This fee ($10.00) will be charged to the customer, if at fault.

Returns & Exchanges
 

Please read all the following information carefully to insure proper handling of your request.

Once you have filled out an RMA request you will be notified within 2 business days of your RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and RETURN ADDRESS.
Any package received without this number visible on outside of package will be REFUSED -  NO EXCEPTIONS. We are not responsible for any item returned to an Unauthorized Address and No Credit will be issued.

Returns - 30 Days

To return an item/order please follow these simple steps:

1. Log-in and follow "Review Previous Orders" link.

2. Select the appropriate RMA option and submit the request form.

DO NOT REMOVE GARMENT TAG'S - All items must have tags attached for return
DO NOT DISCARD GARMENT WRAPPING - All items must be in original packaging for return
DO NOT WEAR, WASH, SOIL OR ALTER GARMENT - All items must be in new condition


Any order returned that does not meet these requirements will be discarded or returned to you at your expense.

DEFECTIVE ITEM - Product will be exchanged within 15 days for same item only or store credit if unavailable
EXCHANGE - If you need to exchange an item, please place a new order prior to requesting an RMA. You will need to notify us on the request form that a new order has been placed to avoid the re-stocking fee.

A 15% restocking fee will apply on items returned without exchange.

When we have received your return and items have been inspected, a credit will be issued on the credit card used for purchase or applied to any exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refused packages will be charged additional handling fees.

*Return items that have qualified for free shipping will be assessed shipping charges based on current shipping rates.

Back Orders
 

Our inventory is updated every evening directly from Peaches Uniforms. However please keep in mind that due to hundreds of orders through out the day it is possible that an item will sell out once you have it in your shopping cart and before the order is finalized. If this happens you will be notified via e-mail as soon as possible to discuss alternative solutions.

Coupons

Occasionally we like to send our customers special offers on our products. We send a coupon code and sale information to the customer email on file, so be sure to add us to your safe list.

Coupons codes are also issued occasionally to specific customers for various reasons such as credit on return items or customer satisfaction.
