In Asp.NET pages you have an html part and a code part. You have to move your html code in the html part then adding C#/VB code to immpelent your shopping cart.I think you need a database to store information about products and users.Microsoft provides you with controls to easily manage interaction with database, such as DataGridView and SqlDataSource.If you are more pratice at C#, you can connect to the database via code.
