PeachesUniforms4U Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of having received the item(s).

Exchanges and Returns are handled as follows:

Returns

1. Email Customer Service with notification that item(s) needs to be returned.
2. Customer Service will contact you within 48 hours with an RA number for the returned item.
3. Return item(s) to the following address unless specifically directed to do differently:

4. Credit will be given for returned item as soon as notification is received that item has arrived at the warehouse.
5. PLEASE NOTE: There Will Be a 15% restocking fee on all return items UNLESS there is a mistake made in shipping, the wrong item is shipped, the product received is defective, or a replacement item(s) is ordered.
6. PLEASE NOTE: Bargain Items Will not Be eligible for exchange or return. These are Discontinued items so we will not be able to take them back. Therefore please purchase at your own risk.

Exchanges

1. Email Customer Service with notification that items needs to be returned.
2. Customer Service will contact you within 48 hours with an RA number for the returned item.
3. Place a new order for the replacement item. Placing a new order will expedite shipping of new item to you. Each item shipped must be paid for prior to shipping. Cost of shipping new item to you will be included in this new order.
4. If replacement item cannot be ordered through the website (if out of stock), contact Customer Service at 866 605-2695.
4. Return items to the following address unless specifically instructed otherwise.

5. Replacement item will be shipped out as soon as it is available.
6. Credit will be given for returned item as soon as notification is received that item has arrived at the warehouse.
